  • Where can I download the latest version of Eredox Video?

Once you’ve signed up with Eredox Video here, there are three Eredox Video options available for use – Browser, Android or IOS.  The latest version of each can be found at the following links.

  • Do I need an account to use Eredox Video?

Accounts are only required for those that wish to host meetings on Eredox Video.  If you are invited to a meeting as a guest, we may request some basic information such as your name and email to facilitate the meeting but you are not required to create an account.  As a guest, you will be able to participate in any meetings without an account but will not be able to take advantage of some of the extra features of Eredox Video such as screen share, file share or meeting recording.

  • How much does Eredox Video cost and where can I sign up?

The basic account with Eredox Video is free.  Or you can access all of our features for just AUD $5 + GST per month on our annual subscription.  To sign up please click here.

  • How do I join a meeting in Eredox Video
Joining a meeting is easy.
1. If someone else has created the meeting and sent you the link, simply click on the click and follow any instructions to your meeting.
2. If you have already created your account – simply login, create your room, and invite your colleagues. 
  • I’m in a meeting but my colleagues can’t see or hear me.

This may be because your camera and/or microphone are muted.  Please check the camera and microphone icons in the bottom centre of your screen (either side of the red “Hang-up” button.
